Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and order confirmation is issued. Due to the customized nature of our products, cancellations or changes may not be possible once processing has begun.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed do not include taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges unless explicitly stated.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the total purchase amount, including applicable fees.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

Memory Gallery is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and Memory Gallery.
You acknowledge that Shopify bears no responsibility for any transaction, product, or dispute arising from purchases made through our store and expressly release Shopify from all related claims.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Information may be processed and stored internationally.
