1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, where applicable.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original packaging, including all accessories

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
3. How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping address will be provided upon approval.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the issue and the original packaging.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different item, you must request a return (if eligible), and place a new separate order.
7. European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Exception: This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, as permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Returned items must meet the eligibility conditions outlined above.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

9. Limitation of Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
