All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email.
Please note that this processing time includes the preparation and handling of personalized products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 4 to 9 business days, depending on the destination country, local customs processing, and carrier performance.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


3. International Shipping

We ship internationally. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within a reasonable time so we may assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.

In the event that a product arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging.


6. No Guaranteed Delivery Dates

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, we do not guarantee delivery dates, especially for international shipments or personalized products.
